Return & Cancellation
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in original, perfect condition when we inspect your return. Otherwise we will ship them back to you at your expense.
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping of order, so please make sure you provide good packaging.
After we receive your returned order in original condition, we will process the refund for merchandise only.
Custom orders, special orders, and wholesale orders are non-refundable. Any customs fees and taxes etc. are excluded from the refund amount.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days, we use Fast DHL or UPS shipping 3-4 business days, but in case your ordered item(s) is out of stock, it’ll take 1-2 weeks to make new one(s).
