Terms and Conditions
Any agreement between you and Handmoda is made on these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
An order quote not accepted within seven (7) business days is subject to price changes.
Once an order is approved by the client, it may not be cancelled or changed including, but not limited to, artwork changes, products sizes, quantities, and personalization.
Experimental work done by Handmoda by the client’s request, such as sketches, drawings, composition and materials, will remain the exclusive property of Handmoda and charges depend on complexity of request. Use of the preparatory work or ideas obtained from the preparatory work is prohibited except upon compensation to be determined by Handmoda and agreed upon in writing.
For an order to enter production the following business day, proof approval is required by email before 3:00pm EST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Handmoda regrets any errors that may go through production undetected. Handmoda cannot be held responsible for errors if the word, design, or artwork is printer as per the client’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally.
Due to differences in equipment, garments, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed order will constitute acceptable delivery. This also applies on all handmade products.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Handmoda does not assume liability for any delays with couriers and cannot provide refunds or discounts as a result of courier delays. Handmoda can only guarantee that the client’s order has left the Handmoda premises on time. The price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B., local client’s place of business or F.O.B. Handmoda platform for out-of-town clients, unless otherwise specified. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of completed orders, unless specifications distinctly state otherwise.
We will provide a full refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete product. If your order does not resemble (within a reasonable limit) the digital proofs we provide you or the product is not as described, we will re-do your order at no charge, provided that the original products are returned within 14 days.
Handmoda shall disclaim any and all express or implied warranties of merchandise or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Although Handmoda uses quality materials, due to the wide variation in cleaning conditions and detergents, Handmoda does not guarantee against any fading or shrinkage of products during cleaning. Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond 5 days will be accepted.
Handmoda strongly urges clients to leave some room between the time their order is placed and the time they require the order to be ready or in-hand. Although our general order completion time is within 7-10 business days of proof approval on most products, delays in proofing, courier delivery, and other uncontrollable events can occur. No order is considered placed until all related order information including, but not limited to, artwork, design, style and confirmation and payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
